HVAC masters does the maintenance and repair work on our heating and air conditionings systems at our church in Beecher Illinois. HVAC Masters is always easy to work with, great at communicating, quick to provide service, and has competitive pricing. One project they recently complete for us was installing hail guards on our exterior air conditionings systems units because we noticed some of the cooling fins were getting bent from things like kickballs or debris flying from lawn mowing hitting the cooling fins units - now these air conditioners are protected. We are on a maintenance schedule with HVAC masters, so when maintenance is due we get an email from them advising of the date they are coming onsite, and then they complete the maintenance (inspections, filters, belt replacement, etc)

They were extremely friendly and the installation process was seamless. The pricing was very competitive and very thorough during installation. Added bonus, they have followed up multiple times to check on the system since everything was installed in late fall.
